IF you have a VA Concealed Handgun Permit, you can purchase as many handguns as you wish. You can purchase as many long guns as you wish.  If you purchase more than one (1) handgun and do NOT have a concealed handgun permit, Fred Wilson Auction Service LLC can place your handgun in storage until the following month. The handgun must be paid in full and there is a $15 / month storage fee. Fred Wilson Auction Service LLC is a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer. All state and federal firearms laws apply. Paperwork and background checks are completed at Fred Wilson Auction Service LLC and are required when picking up firearms. Please do not bid if you cannot legally own a firearm.
