By registering for this, and any of our online auctions, you agree to a $1 authorization on the credit card you have on file. This is a standard authorization to confirm credit card validity and is a hold only, NOT a deposit or charge and will not be reflected on your invoice. Please make sure that your credit card information is current, and the address on your bidder profile is the same address used for your credit card statement.

2. We will charge the credit card that you have registered with at the conclusion of the auction.
3. The credit card on file will be charged immediately after the close of the auction for all invoices.
4. Please verify that the credit card that you have on file is a good card. Auction Company reserves right to charge up to $25 as a service fee for any cards that are declined for ANY reason.

10 . This is an absolute auction with no reserves. Auction Company reserves the right to solicit "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf.

The Bidder acknowledges that internet auction bidding is a service to the Bidder and understands that this service may or may not function correctly on the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Fred Wilson Auction Service, LLC or any company or individual affiliated if the internet service or technology related fails to work correctly before or during the auction event. Fred Wilson Auction Service, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. It is recommended that internet bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged, should use the website feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction ends.
Pickup day is Tuesday, May 23, 2023, 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM by appointment. You will receive an email link to schedule your appointment for pickup. The is the only day for pickup.
ALL Buyers are responsible to bring their own help (Labor) to assist with pickup and loading, as well as their own packing supplies (Box and wrapping paper, packing pads).
The Auction Company does not provide manpower for pickup or loading.
Please bring all necessary items needed for removal to include boxes, paper, dollies etc. YOU MUST BRING HELP TO LOAD HEAVY ITEMS OR FURNITURE.

Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By registering and bidding, you agree that you have read and understand all terms and conditions that apply to the auction and by bidding you are entering into a binding contract.

This is an ONLINE ONLY AUCTION, bidding will begin closing at a rate of 3 lots per minute with a one minute auto-extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of auction closing for an item, the item will auto extend for 1 minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute.
Payment: A 16% Buyer's Premium will be added to each purchase, regardless of payment method. A $1.00 authorization hold will be used to verify a credit card, the hold will be released once credit card is verified. Payment is due immediately at the conclusion of the auction. Technology Disruptions: Auctioneer will not be responsible for technology disruptions, errors, or failures (including disruptions to bidding or the failure to execute, recognize, or record online bids), whether caused by (i) loss of connectivity, breakdown, disruption, or failure of the Online Auction Platform, (ii) breakdown, disruption, or failure of a Bidder's internet connection, computer, or system, or (iii) otherwise. Auctioneer may, but will not be required to continue, suspend, delay, extend, reschedule, or close the Auction because of disruptions caused by technology failures, even after bidding has commenced. Sales Tax- Virginia Sales Tax will be charged on all items unless the Bidder provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Bidders who wish to claim a sales tax exemption MUST provide a copy of ST-10 Tax- Exemption Certificate PRIOR to placing any bids. Copy of ST-10 can be emailed to fred@fredwilsonauction.com. Pickup: All items must be picked up during scheduled pick up times, Any items not picked up during the designated pick up times will be deemed abandoned and will revert back to us with no refunds.
