1. Introduction Fred Wilson Auction Service (FWAS) acts as a gateway between sellers (consignors) and buyers. By participating in our auctions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

However, it is the buyer's responsibility to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the COA and the item. FWAS does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the authenticity of any item or COA presented in the auction.
4. Buyer’s Responsibility By placing a bid or purchasing an item, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed all available information, including the COA, to your satisfaction.
- You are purchasing the item "as-is" with no warranties or guarantees from FWAS.
- You have conducted your own due diligence regarding the authenticity, condition, and value of the item.
5. No Liability
FWAS shall not be held liable for any discrepancies, errors, or omissions in the description or representation of items, including but not limited to, the authenticity of the items or the validity of any COA.
6. Final Sale
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once a sale has been completed, except as may be required by law.
