Buyer is responsible for removal of all lots purchased.
Please bring whatever tools, ladders, HELP, large trucks, boxes, dollies etc. to Safely remove your items. All power will be TURNED OFF on heavy machinery.
Additional pick up days will be at the expense of the buyer and must be scheduled by the auction company. Auction company CANNOT ASSIST in load out, bring HELP.
All lots are used and no warranty or serviceability is given. All sales are final. There is a 15% Buyers Premium on all sales.
